Definitely a cold one in the training area for this workout. Wanted to get to some grappling and weapon work…one outta two ain’t so bad. Grappling skipped this week.
Our weapon segment this session was again the nice indoor short weapon….messer. I snatched up a copy of this:
We got through about half of it in this one session and will save the second half of the material for next week. Definitely worth picking up.
On Friday Chris was out and we sparred with some decent intensity and worked the pads.
