Session 1-4-09

A balmy 35 in our training area.

3 of us today…we stuck with grappling today.

1 rds circling footwork drill

2 rds off balance grip work

2 rds freestyle sambo

We then went over a number of leglocks, heelhooks, straight achilles, bicep achilles, foot stretch, toeholds, kneebars..we worked on the mechanics and positioning for these and some defense as well. We also worked a few of these in a drill.
